Nextel Client Responsibilities
When you use services from Nextel Systems Ltd, you agree to uphold certain responsibilities as a client. These responsibilities are designed to ensure fair usage, compliance with laws, and a secure hosting environment for all users.
1. Compliance with Laws
You must use our services in full compliance with all applicable local and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright laws, privacy regulations, and anti-spam legislation.
2. Prohibited Activities
Clients may not use Nextel Systems services to engage in the following:

Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.

Hosting illegal content such as child pornography, pirated software, or copyrighted materials without proper authorization.

Running unauthorized scripts or applications that excessively consume server resources or impact server performance.
Violation of these terms can result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
3. Content Ownership
You are fully responsible for the content hosted on your account. Nextel Systems does not actively monitor client content but may intervene when required by law or in response to abuse reports.
We encourage clients to maintain ethical practices and avoid hosting content that may be harmful or violate laws.
4. Account Termination by Client
Clients may terminate their hosting or domain services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the client dashboard or by contacting our 24/7 support team.

Notice Period: Requests should be submitted at least 30 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal or invoice generation.

Data Backup Responsibility: It is solely your responsibility to back up all data, emails, and files before termination. Nextel is not liable for any data loss following service cancellation.
